The first step for any leader we endorse is to make sure right up front that they are fully committed to the simple principles and clear purposes that are succinctly stated below, and that they will remain accountable to those principles and to their fellow citizens. These crucial things are already at the core of what is involved with the sacred oath of office, so it's not too much to ask or expect.

America's Party Leadership Pledge


I believe:

We're One Nation Under God.

The first sworn duty of every officer of government is to protect the God-given, unalienable rights to life, liberty, and private property of every person, from creation to natural death.

The God-given institution of one man-one woman marriage and the natural family must be protected.

The right of the people to Keep and Bear Arms shall not be infringed.

Our national sovereignty, security, and borders must be defended.

Our republican form of representative self-government must be adhered to.

The oath of office to support and defend the Constitution of the United States must be fulfilled.

The Equal Protection for Posterity Resolution

A Resolution affirming vital existing constitutional protections for the unalienable right to life of every innocent person, from the first moment of creation until natural death.

WHEREAS, The first stated principle of the United States, in its charter, the Declaration of Independence, is the assertion of the self-evident truth that all men are created equal, and that they are each endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, beginning with the right to life, and that the first purpose of all government is to defend that supreme right; and

WHEREAS, The first stated purposes of We the People of the United States in our Constitution are “to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity”; and

WHEREAS, The United States Constitution, in the Fourteenth Amendment, imperatively requires that all persons within the jurisdictions of all the States be afforded the equal protection of the laws; and

WHEREAS, The United States Constitution, in the Fifth and the Fourteenth Amendments, explicitly forbids the taking of the life of any innocent person; and

WHEREAS, The practices of abortion and euthanasia violate every clause of the stated purposes of the United States Constitution, and its explicit provisions; and

WHEREAS, Modern science has demonstrated beyond any reasonable doubt that the individual human person’s physical existence begins at the moment of biological inception or creation; and

WHEREAS, All executive, legislative and judicial Officers in America, at every level and in every branch, have sworn before God to support the United States Constitution as required by Article VI of that document, and have therefore, because the Constitution explicitly requires it, sworn to protect the life of every innocent person;

THEREFORE, WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES HEREBY RESOLVE that the God-given, unalienable right to life of every innocent person, from biological inception or creation to natural death, be protected everywhere within every state, territory and jurisdiction of the United States of America; that every officer of the judicial, legislative and executive departments, at every level and in every branch, is required to use all lawful means to protect every innocent life within their jurisdictions; and that we will henceforth deem failure to carry out this supreme sworn duty to be cause for removal from public office via impeachment or recall, or by statutory or electoral means, notwithstanding any law passed by any legislative body within the United States, or the decision of any court, or the decree of any executive officer, at any level of governance, to the contrary.

    I hereby publicly pledge that henceforth all governmental policies I endorse will be in complete accord with the principles and purposes stated above. I also pledge to henceforth offer my endorsement or financial support only to other political leaders and organizations who live up to these principles.

We're raising up a new generation of conservative leaders: decent, honorable men and women who share a principled, practical vision for restoring moral self-government in America, who are devoted to the cause of securing the Blessings of Liberty to our Posterity.  And we're doing it without regard to party affiliation.

Every man or woman endorsed by America's Party understands that We the People are entirely dependent upon our Creator. They know that our natural rights come from Him, not from any man, and that those rights are therefore unalienable.

They understand and are totally committed to the imperative sworn constitutional duty of every officer of government - in every branch and at every level - to secure the God-given natural rights to life, liberty and private property of every innocent person in this country, from creation to natural death.

They understand that the God-given gift of the natural family is the first and most important building block of our society, and that it must be protected whenever and wherever it is being attacked.

They understand our federal system, as devised by our Founders, and will keep their constitutional oath to preserve republican, representative self-government.

They will fight for your private property rights and economic freedom.

They believe that a Peace through Strength foreign and defense policy is absolutely necessary, just as Ronald Reagan did. They understand the absolute need to protect our national sovereignty and borders, the natural right of the people to maintain the physical means to protect themselves, their families, their communities, and their country, and our national moral obligation to stand with all decent, peaceful, liberty-loving people around the world.

They understand what President Reagan was talking about when he referred to America as 'a Shining City on a Hill.'

We're asking conservatives to stop giving their hard-earned treasure to national organizations - most of which have a track record of consuming most of it on bureaucracy and more fund-raising. Instead, we believe your precious resources should go only to the proven, principled candidates and leaders who are out on the front lines fighting every day for a return to principled self-government, of the people, by the people, and for the people.

That's what America's Party is all about, and that's why we are asking you to prayerfully consider providing much-needed material support directly to the campaigns of these principled statesmen first, with no middle men and no overhead costs.

Please, put your time, energy, and money where 100% of it will be expended in the most efficient and effective way possible.

We hope you will support these American patriots, and pray that their numbers, and their influence, will increase greatly in 2012 and beyond.
