Alan Keyes: Any true Americans left among us?

He calls on the people to reject elites' 'choice of evils' dilemma

WND.com

*excerpt*

The elitist faction that engineered Barack Obama’s occupation of the White House is clearly determined to overthrow government of, by and for the people founded upon the God-acknowledging principles of America’s Declaration of Independence and established by the Constitution of the United States. Though, at the very least, a large plurality of Americans oppose the elitists’ moral and economic deconstruction of liberty, the results of Florida’s just completed GOP primary vote suggest that, as in 2008, the sham electoral process of the twin-party system will offer them no more than a Machiavellian “choice of evils” in the 2012 general election. They can have Mitt Romney, the proven crypto-socialist former governor of the ailing socialist Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Or they can rely on Newt Gingrich, who frothed with enthusiasm for Alvin Toffler’s literally elitist “Politics of the Third Wave”.

Among other things
: Toffler’s writings call for abolition of the United States Constitution and the concept of national sovereignty. Toffler calls for a world government, which will be ruled by technocratic elites. There are entire subchapters in the book titled “the sub-elites” and the “super-elites.” The Third Wave lays out a society similar to Huxley’s Brave New World, but sprinkled with some Republican lingo. Toffler suggests religion should be replaced with loyalty to government and refers to religion in our current system as “cults.” The book describes a society where abortion, homosexuality, and divorce are not only accepted but idolized. After all, Toffler proclaims the need to reduce world population, which the aforementioned would indeed facilitate. Gingrich calls Toffler his mentor, which explains Gingrich’s connection with the militant environmental movement. In 2007, Gingrich wrote … “A Contract with the Earth,” [in which ] Gingrich describes himself as a “green conservative” and states that environmental issues transcend politics and cannot be dealt with using conventional governance.

How can the GOP’s partisan apparatchiks and dutiful talking bobbleheads deadpan the suggestion that either one of these elite faction marionettes represents a conservative alternative?

Judie Brown: USCCB Pandering to Obama Reaps Cruel Result

_America's Party Principles In Public Policy -> Equal Protection for Posterity

American Life League

Judie Brown

I have read with interest the thunderous proclamations of sanctimonious outrage from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) in response to Obama’s order that conscience protection does not apply to his mandatory birth control coverage in health insurance plans. I find the USCCB’s hand-wringing rather disturbing. After all, history teaches that Obamacare and its progeny might never have become law if the bishops, united in their resolve, had opposed it from the start and pointed out the specific flaws in what is now the law of the land.

The backstory on this most recent government requirement goes like this: Obamacare first came to the public’s attention in 2009 as a proposal introduced in both houses of Congress. At the time, American Life League sent out a warning aimed at Catholic charitable organizations including Catholic Charities, the Society of St. Vincent DePaul, and the Catholic Health Association—three major Catholic groups that were not only supporting the newly introduced Obamacare but that were rallying their troops to contact Congress and get involved in helping pass the proposal.

Try as we might to convince those organizations—including the USCCB—that Obamacare was fraught with problems, their support continued with the single caveat that the healthcare proposal must be “abortion neutral.” The USCCB has argued for years that every American has a right to healthcare and that the government should be providing it, though the current law is flawed.

In August of 2009, “The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) . . . ruled that a small Catholic college must include coverage for artificial contraceptives in its employee health insurance plan, raising new concerns about the need for conscience protections and religious exemptions in America’s health care policies.” The college, Belmont Abbey, stood up to the federal agency, arguing that its religious liberty must be protected and that if it were not, the president of the college would prefer to shut it down.

Still, few Catholic leaders seemed to see the problematic nature of supporting Obamacare!

Sister Carol Keehan, president of the Catholic Health Association, took a very public position in favor of Obamacare early on and, for a time, stood at odds with the Catholic bishops on some aspects of the proposal. Our documentation aside, Sister Keehan would not publicly address fundamental Catholic healthcare principles as evidenced in her 2010 debate with me. In fact, the bishops themselves avoided these principles, never pointing out that the only way the USCCB could support Obamacare would be if the proposed law eliminated all funding for abortion, contraception, in vitro fertilization, human embryonic stem cell research, sex education, and euthanasia. In other words, any attack on human dignity would have to be specifically eliminated from healthcare reform proposals if Obama wanted USCCB support.

The USCCB never made that case.

Fast forward to today and the unadulterated gall of [Alleged] President Barack Obama, who personally called Cardinal-designate Dolan, Archdiocese of New York, “to inform the archbishop he had decided to move ahead with the federal sterilization-contraception-abortifacient mandate despite pleas from Dolan, the Catholic bishops, and prominent Catholic lay people that the mandate was an unambiguous and unprecedented attack on the free exercise of religion that is expressly guaranteed by the 1st Amendment.”

In a USCCB media release following the Obama administration announcement, we find Sister Carol Keehan voicing “disappointment” at the administration’s strong-arm tactics.

Cardinal-designate Dolan is also quoted as saying, “The Obama administration has now drawn an unprecedented line in the sand. . . . The Catholic bishops are committed to working with our fellow Americans to reform the law and change this unjust regulation. We will continue to study all the implications of this troubling decision.” In fact, the USCCB is even considering a lawsuit.

But wait a minute. Where have these people been for the past four years? Why didn’t they work with other Americans four years ago to stop this draconian law from ever being passed in the first place?

Now that the horse is out of the barn, they are screaming? Give me a break! What else can you expect when you sit down with the devil?

Remember the Avis Rent-a-Car commercials from the 1960s? Maybe not. Anyhow, they tripled the company’s market share with the slogan, “Avis Is Only No. 2, We Try Harder.” The Belgian right-to-die lobby seems to have the same can-do attitude. In the journal Health Policy, researchers associated with the End-of-Life Care Research Group at Ghent University and the Vrije Universiteit Brussels have lamented the low take-up of the services of doctors specialising in facilitating euthanasia.

Body of unborn baby discovered at Indiana sewage station

By John Jalsevac

City utility workers who were cleaning a screen at a pump house in Fort Wayne, Indiana made a gruesome discovery Monday: the body of an unborn child, estimated to be about 10-25 weeks gestation.

According to local media, the body of the unborn child was collected by police to be examined by forensics.

“We’re not treating it as a homicide,” said Raquel Foster, police spokeswoman. “It’s the coroner’s investigation. They’ll determine the age, and they’ll share their findings with us, and then we’ll go from there.”

“We don’t know whether this baby was aborted and then flushed into the sewer system by Fort Wayne’s local abortion clinic, or aborted at home using the RU-486 chemical abortion method, but both are strong possibilities,” said Indiana Right to Life President and CEO Mike Fichter.

The Indiana State Department of Health told the pro-life organization in response to inquiries that fetal remains prior to 20-weeks are classified as medical waste to be handled according to federal guidelines. Those guidelines list various methods for disposing of medical waste including, “Discharge in a sanitary sewer or septic system that is properly installed and operating in accordance with state and local laws.”

“The horrifying fact is that abortion clinics in Indiana can use garbage disposals and toilets to discard body parts into local sewer systems,” stated Fichter. “The degradation of the disposal process is second only to the degradation of destroying these lives in the first place.”

Fichter notes that the Fort Wayne baby may also have been aborted at home by a woman using the RU-486 chemical abortion method and subsequently flushed down a toilet.  ”A woman who has an RU-486 abortion is given a drug that kills her unborn child, followed by another powerful drug that causes cramping, bleeding, and the expulsion of the child,” said Fichter.

Obama admin: birth control mandate is final; bishops vow to fight

WASHINGTON - After being deluged with complaints from outraged religious groups, Obama’s health department has dug in its heels, saying its decision to force employers to provide abortifacient birth control drugs will continue as planned - although faith-based groups will be given a year reprieve. In response, U.S. Catholic bishops have not minced words, vowing to fight the order as “literally unconscionable.” Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced Friday that faith-based entities like hospitals and universities will have until August 1, 2013 to provide employees with free birth control as part of their insurance packages. The mandate will also force such groups to pay for sterilizations and, because the FDA has approved abortifacient drugs such as Ella as “contraception.”

The mandate is being implemented as part of the new health care legislation that was passed in March 2010 despite vigorous opposition from U.S. Catholic bishops, who called it dangerously open to being used as a means of spreading abortion.

Michael Carl:

Not since the Clinton White House, and I can't remember when before that, has there been such an assault on the religious liberties of churches, hospitals, groups, organizations and associations.

This White House is completely hostile to faith, well, to be clear, Christian faith.

We have to do something about it to stop the momentum of this process.

Begin Sex Ed in Kindergarten, Says New ‘National Standards’ Report

By the time they leave elementary school, children should be able to “define sexual orientation,” and by the eighth grade be able to “define emergency contraception and its use,” according to a report containing controversial new recommendations for sex education in U.S. public schools.

“Ideally, comprehensive sexuality education should start in kindergarten and continue through 12th grade,” says the “National Sexuality Education Standards” report, drawn up by a range of advocates, academics and public education officials. The Future of Sex Education (FoSE), an initiative started by sex education advocates, developed the standards “to create a strategic plan for sexuality education policy and implementation.”

Also involved are the American School Health Association, the National Education Association Health Information Network – the non-profit arm of the nation’s largest teacher’s union, the NEA – the American Association for Health Education and the Society of State Leaders of Health and Physical Education.

An advisory committee includes senior officials from Planned Parenthood and the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN).

The 45-page report determines “age-appropriate” guidelines for comprehensive sexuality education in the areas of anatomy, identity, pregnancy, sexually-transmitted diseases (STDs) and others.

“Specifically, the National Sexuality Education Standards were developed to address the inconsistent implementation of sexuality education nationwide and the limited time allocated to teaching the topic,” reads the report.

The authors argue too little time is devoted to instruction in HIV, pregnancy and STD prevention – a median total of 3.1 hours in elementary school, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

In its rationale for sex education in public schools, the report says there is “a pressing need to address harassment, bullying and relationship violence in our schools, which have a significant impact on a student’s emotional and physical well-being as well as on academic success.”

Standards to be introduced in kindergarten and be met by the second grade include: “Identify different kinds of family structures” and “Demonstrate ways to show respect for different types of families.”

Recommendations for students by the time they reach age seven include that they use proper names for body parts, including male and female anatomy” and “provide examples of how friends, family, media, society and culture influence ways in which boys and girls think they should act.”

Starting in the third grade, and upon completion of the fifth – when most children are 10 years old – students should be able to “[d]efine sexual orientation as the romantic attraction of an individual to someone of the same gender or a different gender” and “identify parents or other trusted adults of whom students can ask questions about sexual orientation.”

By completion of the eighth grade, the report says, students should be able to “differentiate between gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation,” “xplain the range of gender roles,” and “define emergency contraception and its use.”

Upon completion of middle school, students should be able to “analyze external influences that have an impact on one’s attitudes about gender, sexual orientation and gender identity”; “access accurate information about gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation”; “communicate respectfully with and about people of all gender identities, gender expressions and sexual orientations”; “explain the health benefits, risks and effectiveness rates of various methods of contraception, including abstinence and condoms”; and “describe the steps to using a condom correctly.”

And by the time they graduate from high school students should be expected to “define emergency contraception and describe its mechanism of action” and “assess the skills and resources needed to become a parent.”

January 22, 2012: 39 Stripes, Diseases, And Years of Pain

_Equal Protection for Posterity

Brandi Lozier

January 22, 1973 is the anniversary of the decriminalization of abortion, and since that day, over 58 million babies have been slaughtered in the name of choice and convenience at the rate of over 4,400 a day subtly destroying the lives of my fellow brothers and sisters. The womb has been declared a tomb for the unborn and as a survivor, I cannot be silent.

This year marks 39 years since that day. It struck me being 39 thinking about the 39 lashes that Jesus received before being crucified and 39 categories of disease.

Abortions don't start being done until the 6th week of gestation. By that time, the baby has a beating heart, brainwaves, ability to feel pain etc. Babies in the womb have their own unique DNA different from the pregnant woman, which indeed makes them a separate human being from the woman. So, when an abortion is done, it is a literal homicide, one human being killing another with no just cause other than convenience and "choice" No one that supports abortion was ever killed before their birth and clearly don't consider the child's "choice" to live. It's NOT "my body, my choice, my rights" It's the baby's body, a woman's selfishness, and pure discrimination against the life of another human.

Most professing and pew warming Christians are quick to say they are against abortion thus Pro-Life but when it comes to putting their words into action and saving lives from death before birth, extending compassion to those who either have had abortions or work in the industry, apathy, judgement, and silence win over thus abortion minded individuals are left to feel helpless to save their babies, those who have had abortions feel more hopeless for healing, and those in the abortion industry hearts grow cold to ever getting out of the dark tunnel of death.

Attitude and approach truly is everything.

I've experience "non-judgmental and caring" Pro-Life Christians react to those who have abortions in the most hateful and condemning ways, I've also seen such clergy put out of their hen churches women who reach out for help to prevent an abortion yet get rejected for services the church offers because it's a unforgiveable sin for church members to be raped then become pregnant as a result. And, if you go for an abortion and walk back into church after and ask the pastor why he failed to acknowledge your pain in his Mother's Day observances, he'll stamp your non-refundable one way ticket to the lake down under. Wait a minute, Christians, especially clergy aren't supposed to play the devil's advocate, that's not Christ-like. Sadly, most do and also think mentioning abortion in the pulpit is unacceptable.

Proverbs 24:11-12 however, clearly instructs us to act on though most tend to ignore that verse and continue in their apathetic dream world!

Pro-Life isn't perfect nor is it a dangerous cause, it stands for the equal rights and freedoms of all involved in abortion regardless of anything from conception to natural death. Abortion isn't only homicide but the ultimate child abuse. It's in NO way the caring, safe, healthy, or loving option or "choice"

You can't deny that abortion is the murder of an actual living child. Everyday thousands of babies are murdered before their birthday. Everyday beating hearts are ended in the name of "choice"
Why am I writing this you ask? Allow me a few minutes to explain.
My name is Brandi. I speak for those who have NO voice, the unborn... the silent victims of abortion.

This fight is something very near and dear to me, I was aborted yet I survived. I am the face of "choice" I am a walking medical miracle. I am here not as a hero, but as a survivor of the worst holocaust in the world known to man since the time of Hitler- the sin of abortion.

The day of my birth was anything but "happy" On September 12, 1983, my biological mother who wanted 3 boys and couldn't handle knowing I was a girl as well as a high risk pregnancy gave me the ultimate stamp of rejection that any mother could ever give to her child, the sentence of death imposed without just cause in the womb before birth.

I was burned alive in her womb @ 21 weeks gestation by saline abortion. My biological mother's sister who drove my birthmother to the door of death was praying for a change of heart yet when it didn't happen, she continued to pray. After the long period of being left in the solution used that was intended to kill me and no sign of life, the nurse was preparing to toss me out like trash when to everyone's shock, my arm shot up so they were aware that Brandi was indeed alive and the murder attempt was a total failure.

By the grace of God, I was spared the horrific act of infanticide which is commonly imposed on babies like myself who survive the traumatizing sentence of death in the womb by abortion for which some politicians have radically supported yet when confronted, fail to accept invitations to see the faces and hear the voices of ones they deem as worthless to society. How do I respond to them you may ask, forgiveness and even praying that they would come to understand the dignity of all life!

I survived the extreme death attempt to be a voice for those given NO "choice", ones who will NEVER be able to speak and be loved by their mother who they already have begun to love, and like myself, are told that they have NO "rights" or "choice" which is WRONG!

Some people attempt to discredit those like myself who survive abortions and even deny our reality but though I have faced my fair share of struggles as a result of the circumstances of my birth, I am not hindered by shame and embarrassment nor do I allow any limitations from disabilities to silence me from sharing my story with the world as some would like to suggest of survivors who actively sacrifice everything including the very lives that were saved from brutal death sentences imposed against their will in the womb to engage in seeing abortion ended.

I have physical challenges as a result of being aborted but I don't allow them to be obstacles to hold me back, I overcome them and use them as a testimony of what God can do and has done in spite of the horrible circumstance of which I came into this world.

I let the world know, as a baby in the womb of a pregnant woman, I didn't "choose" nor was I willing to accept abortion.

My birthday was intended to be my death day. I am an abortion survivor. I am alive today and I represent the reality of abortion.

I encourage you to think about what that day was like for me. Think about the babies whose "birth" involves being pulled from their mother, dead and lifeless. Once you reflect on that, ask yourself if you can continue to be silent and sit in churches who are apathetic about abortion and shun those wounded by its pain?

Ask your pastor if he can consider those in his services on January 22nd who may be considering abortion as well as those suffering in silence from the pain of having endured the trauma. Pastors acknowledging what January 22, 2012 is could save a life. You'd be amazed at how many pew warmers drive into abortion clinics because their pastors never mention abortion or anything about it.

I lay my life down daily for the unborn and have seen some traumatic stuff on the frontlines of the fight to end abortion. I've not only seen babies saved, and hearts changed but I've also had to see countless doctors, lawyers, teachers, judges, presidents lose their lives without even asking to die before their birth. I've had to witness moms become severely injured and even die as a result of abortion but in spite of it all, I continue the battle and will do so with love exposing the truth until the shedding of innocent blood no longer stains this nation.

I strongly believe when Christians awaken from their apathy and no longer stand silent in the pulpit on abortion, it will end.

Judge Advances Obama Administration’s Case Against Elderly Pro-life Activist

WASHINGTON, D.C. - A federal judge has ruled that the Justice Department’s may proceed with its prosecution of a peaceful 80-year-old pro-life counselor.

On Thursday, U.S. District Judge James Emanuel (“Jeb”) Boasberg denied Richard Retta’s petition to have federal charges dismissed. The Obama administration alleges that Retta violated the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act in January 2011 by standing in front of a woman at a D.C. abortion mill, blocking the entrance. The federal complaint states she was only able to enter the facility with the “extraordinary assistance” of two employees. As she entered, Retta told her, “Don’t let them kill your baby.”

The government is seeking a permanent injunction to prohibit Retta and “his representatives, employees, agents, and any others” from “coming near the clinic Gate,” as well as a $10,000 civil penalty and statutory damages of $5,000 for each of three “victims.”

Retta stated the government did not prove the woman was seeking an abortion and failed to show his motive violated the Clinton-era abortion law. However, Boasberg ruled that defendants need only think women are obtaining an abortion; “allegations that they were in fact doing so, accordingly are not required.”

“If they can’t get us legitimately, they’ll do whatever they can, whatever means they can to succeed,” Peter Shinn, the president of Pro-Life Unity and Cherish Life Ministries, told LifeSiteNews.com.

Retta prints a 22-page training manual instructing volunteers “DO NOT block the woman’s path,” and “Avoid being intimidating in any way.”

Retta, who goes by Dick, is described by the government as a “regular anti-abortion protestor at the Planned Parenthood in Metropolitan, Washington,” and “among the most vocal and aggressive anti-abortion protestors outside the Clinic.”

Retta told LifeSiteNews.com he is far from aggressive. “If I’m down there, and someone is coming in or out [of the door], I always [say], ‘Please don’t let them take their life. Please, we can and will help you. Please, choose life.’”

“I’m sure people in the waiting room hear me when the door is open,” he said. He offers women information about counseling and medical services. He says, unlike Planned Parenthood, he helps post-abortive women.

Retta believes sidewalk counselors have saved 1,400 lives at that facility alone. This year, they saved 140 unborn babies, double last year’s number.
